Some body needs to retrain the workers on making the coffee and customer service
My energy drink and avocado toast was good; no issues! I was excited to stop at beans and brew since we don’t have one in Idaho! The service and how long it took them through drive thru was crazy! I had no one ahead of me and no one behind me. Waited over 15 minutes to get my items. None of the workers came to the window to say there will be a wait, nothing about sorry about the time wait. Just asked for payment and handed me my stuff.
Drive through. Ordered the Mighty Matcha frozen and was told they dont do that there. First time I was told that. Anyways, not the first time I was let down at this location.
Good coffee way better then starbucks crap.
