It's not even crowd, I ordered to the drive through.And I've been waiting for more than twenty minutes...
Recently got gift cards for here and the 1st time the drinks were so good. We ended up deciding to shake it up and go here instead of Bjorn. All we accomplished was knowing why we don't come here. The coffee is delicious, but the service is lacking. With so many local coffee shops and competitors in a throw stone away one would think customer service would be outstanding. Sadly the new beans on 9th East in the Royce parking lot has a lot to be desired by customer service. Kindness goes a long ways when dealing with customers
We love this coffee shop, coffee is so so tasty that we come back as much as we can. However, the last three times I’ve been to the store I’ve been really disappointed on the service. Three times our orders have been wrong and staff forgets to cash items. Also, the attitude and just service overall, has not been what it once was, staff generally mean and unhelpful. It’s a shame that this happens so often.
