Food was horrible. Employees uninterested and likely need to find another job. Can’t recommend and won’t be back.
I stopped in on 11/09 for my first time, I was met by an employee who didn't say a word to me even after saying hello how's it going? Before another employee named Karma came and took over and completely changed my experience from a negative one to a positive one, since it was my first time visiting a beans and brews I wasn't super familiar with the menu and she was polite and patient with me explaining the different options and even giving me recommendations on drinks that she likes, 10/10 would come again just for the cust... read more
Everytime I come here I get met with the most blunt attitude ever. Seriously, I think I'm going to stop coming here. The man that works here is great, he's hilarious. But the girls? It gives me second hand embarrassment so bad I hate to even think about coming here. Yall, take the extra 2 min drive and go somewhere local like Bjorns.
My sister got coffee and food from here, the one time I didn’t go with her. She met the most rude associate, she’s pale with black hair and bright eyes with pig tails today at 12pm. My sister works customer service and is actually really nice. But this person was very rude, even having two male associates that were nice from the window. Compared to her, I love coming to this location and have never had a problem. Food is great and so is the service until her.
