Josilyn was amazing and have great customer service
I was excited to try the new Hot Love. I ordered it and drove the mile to work, opened it up (because it didn’t fill very full), the cream was melted and my coffee was more than 2 inches from the brim…so I paid for a medium and got a small. This store has the best customer service AND they’re always opened when they’re supposed to be, so I’ll be back but honestly, as of late, the issues with the app, lack of response from multiple messages to corporate and the amount of money we spend here on a daily is starting to make me w... read more
