Best coffee
This is the Beans & Brews that I go to almost daily. Not only do they always get my order correct and in a timely manner, but every employee always greets me with a smile and wishes me a good morning. This morning was a rough one for me, but Cheyenne, Alicia, and Sebastian went out of their way to make it better. Thank you for being a perfect example of what customer service looks like. ☕️
I typically love Beans & Brews, but this location was pretty disappointing. I felt like the customer service was good; the barista was nice and respectful. But he seemed to keep mixing up my order and the coffee honestly was not that good. I usually love the Mr. B’s….but mine didn’t taste anything like it. I got an iced 32oz & even added an extra shot because I wanted 4 total, and it just wasn’t that good.
