Terrible service, no education.
The food is pretty good, and the drinks are a little pricey. They fired my favorite employee, which made me sad, but the building is always freezing cold. People are always complaining about it, wish it was warmer.
First time in Lehi and first time at Beans & Brews, best latte I've had in a while. And I've heard that the mango smoothie is Amazing ... Just saying. Most likely will be my usual spot once I relocate 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pics coming soon
It’s crazy that at 2 pm on a Thursday the entire lobby is full of people, no seats, long line to order inside and in drive through and there is only one employee working. Sue’s running around doing her best. Management and owners need to change things.
Customer service was terrible. I was charged for an extra drink that I did not order and was not offered a refund. I was told I could take the drink or just leave it. While waiting for our food and drinks the workers were talking about how disgusting and dirty everything was in the kitchen and to top it all off the food was cold. I will not go there again and will make sure no one I know goes there either
