I stopped by Bean and Brew on California Ave after checking online to confirm their hours. It said they were open until 8pm, and I arrived at 7:37 well before closing time. Despite that, both the drive-through and the inside were already closed. I understand that sometimes locations close early if it’s slow, and I also get that there are end-of-day tasks that need to be done. The people seem to not understand or the lady. Didn't seem to understand what I ordered and I have to reorder it about three times until I got to the window and then simply have to keep telling them to put Splenda cuz I can't have regular sugar as I am diabetic. I also ask for creamer said there was no problem creamer only half and half which it is creamer.
Really sad they discontinued the desert twilight. Service is inconsistent. It's mostly good, but I ended up with drinks that were under syruped and tastes like club soda. At $7 a drink, why do I need to pay tips for someone handing me something at a drive-through?
Drivers plan a different coffe shop. The time they have posted on google maps doesn’t matter they close whenever they feel like it. 3rd time stopping here with no coffee, atleast be courteous enough to update your hours of service on map.
