Always get my order right, Great service and tasty coffee. The B everything Bagel is always delicious and the coffee is quality. Friendly staff!!
Much like Starbucks, you know what you're going to get here. It's the same wherever you go. The coffee was great, I got a creme brulee with oat milk that was delightful. Service was great. I give atmosphere 3/5 because while I like the consistency of the coffee, I don't like how cookie cutter it is, but that's to be expected from a multi chain coffee shop.
When I come in the mornings there’s no issue. When I come in the afternoons my order always gets messed up. I ordered a large hot chai and a medium blended drink today and they gave me a large iced chai and a large blended drink and charged me incorrectly. They did end up taking one of the drinks off my bill but still. Don’t know how that got so messed up. There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and didn’t see anyone in the lobby so it’s not like it was crazy busy or anything
In the drive thru, a credit card machine on a selfie stick to reach towards me and ask for a tip? Serious?
