They have the best customer service. Every one is always so nice and sweet. I go out of my way for my coffee here

I visited this Beans & Brews and ordered a tan iced mocha with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Unfortunately, when I first received the drink, it was missing both the whipped cream and the water so it wasn’t even made correctly to begin with. I didn’t specify that I wanted the cocoa powder sprinkled on top of the whipped cream rather than mixed in. That part was on me.
