I've been going here for years & they started NEVER making my drinks right. I would start going to springville just because they make them better. 😂 I usually get extra shots and when I get my drink it's like there's no coffee in it at all. 🤢 too expensive for you to not even get what you want, I won't be back anymore I'll be going to joes or springville! ☺️
5/5! I came to beans and brew for the first time this past week and was throughly impressed! I’m picky about my coffee and the barista was kind enough to remake my drink. She was so kind and was willing to understand what I didn’t like about my coffee, her name was Gabbie. Overall, great experience, good drink, and welcoming service.
I was told my total was $10.80 and then later realized I was charged $12.80 but I didn’t leave an online tip, nor was I asked to. I called and the lady who answered was not helpful at all and didn’t offer any assistance. It’s not about the amount, more so the principle of them probably tipping themselves without my knowledge.
