Came to the location sept 6th 2026, i was charged over $15 for a customized bagel sandwich. They weren’t able to reimburse me for the extra charges they made due to lack of training. We waiting 20 min for our bagels which were just sitting behind the counter and they forgot to give them to us. They forgot to add the extra customizations I asked for. They were very timid and hard to work with and lacked confidence in helping us when things weren’t working out. Definitely need training on how to use the register.

Visited the store on Sun Sept 6 at 10am. Staff needs training. Three young girls were working. The girl that took our order overcharged our order by $9. When we caught the overcharge, none of the girls knew how to address it. We gave them our number to sort it out with the manager and reach back out to us. No other attempt to make it up to us. The service was lack luster. The girls need to speak louder and address customers kindly. The water container was empty as well. Would not come here again.

Just a heads up on your DoorDash side of things, when you’re on your store, some items like the muffin for example , you can select what muffin you want, but then it auto forces you to make some additional selection of some sort, but it doesn’t say what it is at all, and doesn’t give you the option to select anything further so you can’t even add it to the cart. There’s a few items like that, if you could have whoever is running the DoorDash account , help get that figured out. Thank you 🤙
