Lexie was astounding! She was the nicest person ive ever interacted with at this beans and brews. She is such a sweetheart and deserves a raise cause shes so good at her job! We need more people like you Lexie in this world.
Kenzie and Tatum are literally the best! They’re always so friendly and make every visit fun. They work super hard and my drink is always perfect when they make it! Best workers i’ve met!
Don’t go to this location!! Drive the extra 5 mins to the Riverton location!! They are extra friendly and a breath of fresh air. The owner doesn’t care to train employees and it’s obvious. Considering the fact this location has bad reviews about customer service from 7 months ago, tells me the owner does nothing but collect money from customers and I blame the owner 100%. I had a really disappointing experience at the Bluffdale Beans & Brews today. The barista at the window was extremely impatient while taking my order, which already made the interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, instead of charging the card I have saved in the app, she used my reward points without asking. This was frustrating because I was planning to earn the 3x points promotion on my order, and using my points prevented that.
