The girl that took my order and made my coffee tonight has been incredibly helpful. I do have a very complicated order that I get. She has been incredible in making sure that I get what I need and that it’s right also has been friendly. Shout out to: Emily five star service
I ordered a hot Carmel cielo, I was super excited to try it. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes, got my drink that was covered with sticky stuff on one side. I took a sip, only to find they put no flavoring in it at all…thinking maybe the Carmel fell to the bottom I mixed my drink but there was nothing…It’s just a regular latte, spent almost $6 on a regular hot latte. Super disappointing
Waited 20 minutes in line too slow on service
