I used the drive thru and my order was taken to perfection then I realized that I forgot to order an item. So when I get to the window the representative asks for my card. I proceed to thank him and at that moment I also apologize for not placing all my order correctly as I needed an additional drink. He got upset and told me to go around again to place the order! It is not clean and they forget orders. The girl got hair in my order that they forgot to make and I had to remind them. Wouldn’t apologize.
Don’t go here unless you have time to kill. Ordered in person and then online the next day, waited ~15min at the counter each time. They’re slow and just chatty with each other instead of doing their job.
