Kayla was super sweet and enthusiastic with our order. She got our order to us quickly and everything tasted phenomenal
I would have wrote this off as an isolated incident, if it hadn't happened multiple times and 2 times this week. When someone requests a latte to have almond milk and you keep putting regular milk in it, you are actually doing physical harm to people who are lactose intolerant. In less than a week it has happened to me twice. And today was not the day to have to be near a toilet. I had to run kids all over, all day. Workers should not be allowed to keep AIRPODS in their ears while you are trying to order, repeatedly, while they mess up the order. Finally taking out her AirPod which clearly had media playing after 5 corrections… I was there for at least 10 minutes and had to correct her multiple times before getting someone else involved, then I finally get the order and leave and realize that they forgot to give me another part of my order. Got a small pumpkin latte but didn’t have any flavoring in it. Definitely just a latte. Felt like I wasted my money :/
