For having coffee in the name they didn't have much of a coffee selection. But what they have is good and they have a broader drink selection.
Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a cup holder for two drinks and was told they only give them out if you have three or more. Are you serious? It’s a piece of cardboard. Terrible customer service over something that costs them basically nothing. If you’re going to be that stingy, don’t expect people to come back.
Normally I like this place however today they made me wait a long time before coming to the window and then took even longer to give me my drink. Also there was a new girl who looked like she hadn't changed her clothes in a week working on shift. I won't be going back to this location. Dirty people behind the counter and made me wait a long time. Not good business here anymore. Edit: this place has really gone down hill..I went back today ordered a latte and it was so watered down. I consistently pay for an extra shots in my usual drink and they forget it. It seems to always be the young girls in the morning. I've been getting the same drink for years and can tell just by it's color when my shots are not added. Some mornings I'm in a hurry and forget to check and lo and behold - no shots that I paid extra for. I get that mistakes happen but this has happened so many times that I'm leaving a review.
