There was one car at the window when we pulled up. We waited almost 10 minutes for them to get their order (which was one drink). When we finally got to the window, the girl did not even say “sorry for the wait” She seemed like she did not want to be there, and was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL
Great coffee
Took a coffee back that had been burned and tasted like acid, and they gave me a new coffee with so many crusty looks. But no bother, we bought 4 hot chocolates and every one of them was barely warm. We couldn’t finish them cause they were cold by the time we drank half. They were quietly so rude, and good at delivering crusty looks at the Santa Clara Utah location. Dutch bros it is going forward. They’re always nice.
