Beano's was recommended by a friend. The service was excellent and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Beano's to everyone in need of a plumber.
Very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Left a message with the answering service and a man called back. He was very rude. Basically he barely said hello and before I could respond he basically said "I cannot be there today or tomorrow and I wont have an opening until mid may so call someone else" and hung up. If we are looking in the future for a plumber for our company which is a nation wide company, we would never call Beano's. Customer service is key and Beano's didn't seem like they had any customer service skills ... read more
