Really great kids hair salon. I wasn’t sure about it at first reading some of the negative reviews but I’m glad I took my toddler there. The staff is very patient, and good with kids. The salon is pretty big and clean. The haircut was done very fast and smooth and exactly what I had asked for. Way better than the other place in Newmarket.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The staff here were extremely unprofessional. I don’t usually leave reviews or play the victim, but this experience was unacceptable. When you go somewhere with your kids, respect matters even more—because children see and learn from how adults behave. Being treated poorly in front of them is what hurt the most. Been coming here with the little one for over a year, and the staff have been so accommodating! I took a video of him and everyone is asking me where we take him! Great spot
