We had such a great experience getting my five month old daughter’s ears pierced today. Jennifer was wonderful,patient, and very professional throughout the whole process. There was also another staff member helping, and both of them worked together so smoothly to make the experience quick and comfortable. They made us feel at ease and were so gentle with my daughter.
