If you care about how your child’s hair looks, avoid Jennifer B. I clearly showed her the photo and explained everything, but she still ignored it and did her own thing. My son’s hair is way too short now, and there’s no fixing it. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
I took my son to this kids’ salon and his haircut was done by Jennifer B. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I showed her a clear photo of the haircut style we wanted — a simple trim with minimal cutting — but she completely ignored it and did what she wanted instead. My son’s hair ended up much shorter than we asked for, and there’s no way to fix it now. I’m very disappointed and truly regret the experience.

As a parent, I always appreciate patience and listening when it comes to kids’ haircuts. Unfortunately, Jennifer B. showed neither. She didn’t follow the photo reference and gave my son a haircut far shorter than requested. Not a pleasant experience at all.
