This review is a follow up to an earlier piercing that took place for our 8 month old November 16th. The piercing was too low on the ear but this was due to our baby moving at the last second which can totally happen so there was no fault there and can happen. We walked away knowing it was low but that it happened because piercing babies is a difficult task. Have taken my 2 year old son here for haircuts over the past year (5 or 6 times). He usually gets his hair cut by Elke. He is not always easy - sometimes crying and moving a lot. She is always very patient. Recently, he got his hair cut by Jennifer B. It was the best cut he's ever had. She was extremely professional and patient. I don't believe the negative reviews.

If you care about how your child’s hair looks, avoid Jennifer B. I clearly showed her the photo and explained everything, but she still ignored it and did her own thing. My son’s hair is way too short now, and there’s no fixing it. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I took my son to this kids’ salon and his haircut was done by Jennifer B. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I showed her a clear photo of the haircut style we wanted — a simple trim with minimal cutting — but she completely ignored it and did what she wanted instead. My son’s hair ended up much shorter than we asked for, and there’s no way to fix it now. I’m very disappointed and truly regret the experience.

We had a really poor experience with Jennifer B. I showed her a specific photo and explained clearly what we wanted, but she did not follow it. The haircut ended up much shorter and nothing like the picture. Very disappointing, especially since it was for a child.
