Overall Not happy with the inconsistent drink quality as well as the customer service at this location.....(some baristas are good others are... Noticably apathetic and moody to say the least...it's off putting) I also don't like being asked if I want to tip them on my card either.... Maybe they can have a sign that tips can be added to the card so customers don't have to be asked and put on the spot in front of all the employees.... Should be customers choice to reward a tip for great service not an obligation or request...... read more
