I hate to leave a bad review and I see many people here who had good experiences - but I am extremely disappointed in my experiences here, and I really wish I felt differently because Star doesn't have many options. I have had 3 cats and 2 dogs treated here on various occasions, and their prices are good but I didn't feel confident that they knew what they were doing or cared about stray animals. My pet was not a patient of Dr. Bean’s as we were newer to the community. My pet needed immediate care so I showed up at her office to hopefully schedule an appointment. Dr. Bean arranged for my kitty to be seen that same day. The office was clearly busy so this was a very kind, last minute schedule. Dr. Bean and Vet Tech, Keegan were incredibly wonderful, professional and compassionate for what was a difficult appointment. A huge thank you to all. I highly recommend this clinic to the community.

I entrusted this clinic with one of the most important members of my family—my late daughter's dog. I came in because I believed she had an abscessed tooth, and after the examination I was told there was also a mass that would need to be removed. Unfortunately, the level of communication and follow-up I received was deeply disappointing. First, thank you Dr. Ford for showing my mom exactly how little compassion your clinic has. My mom lost my sister, and my sister's dog is one of the last living connections she has to my sister. She brought her dog in because she believed it was an abscessed tooth, only to learn there was also a mass that needed to be removed. Being new to the area, I did a lot of research looking for a vet who cares for their patients over profit and is honest and compassionate. When my Gracie first meets anyone she is hesitant because of her past life and where she came from. When her visit was over, she walked up to both the tech and vet and allowed them to pet her. That tells me she is comfortable with them so that is the proof they are the right choice for her vet.
