They are nice enough but they do business with gravier homes who steals and screws thier buyers..loni gravier who is in close relation to these ppl is not responding to emails and not upholding his end of the contract that is signed....10 out of 10 would go and use any other group then theirs unless you want a cheaply built house that falls apart within a year of being built...and no help from thier builders they sell for .still waiting for thier partners in this arrangement to keep thier promises.
Avoid Michael Rogers like the plague. He is uncommunicative, slow, and arrogant.
Bean Group is only one of the tenants the property is run by CBRE and we were doing work for them they take very good care of their properties and their renters

We purchased our first home with the help of Tony Poulin and had such an amazing experience. We told Tony what we were looking for and he found several homes for us.
