Save your self alot of aggrevation.The office staff seems friendly at first.. Dr Bean is the most demeaning rude piece of work I've come across in a long time. She doesn't talk to you with kindness she talks to you like a dog and thats an insult to my dogs because I would never dream of speaking to them in thst manner. They insist that you wear a mask in order to see the Dr. and they do not advise you of that when you make the appointment over the phone. My elderly grandmother, bedridden for months, received exceptional care during her routine eye checkup. The staff’s attentiveness, helpfulness, and compassion, especially in making provisions for her exam, were truly appreciated. Their professionalism and going above and beyond made a heartfelt difference. Thank you for the exceptional care!
