I’ve been here several times, and I had actually left another review about the same issue. The coffee is very good, and I really love the atmosphere, which is why I keep coming back. However, I don’t understand why, when I specifically order a coffee and say that it’s for here, I’m still given a disposable to-go cup. If I’m staying at the café, I would much rather have my coffee served in a proper cup and sit down to enjoy it here. It’s a small detail, but it makes a difference in the overall experience. Hidden Gem...you just have to stop by
Please ask customers whether their coffee is for here or to go before serving it. I enjoy drinking my coffee from a proper mug, and it feels inconsiderate when it is served in a takeaway cup without being asked first. Such a simple question would greatly improve the customer experience.
Extremely weak espresso. Not sure all of the baristas know what they're doing at all. Asked for a latte to be remade as it tasted like... Nothing? Hot water with milk? And was remade exactly the same. I don't like leaving bad reviews but if you want good or even decent coffee, stay away.
