Rod Bean is an experienced hard working contractor who is Great at what he does! He rebuilt our deck with composite decking, metal railing and privacy screens. It looks fantastic and will last us forever! I was unable to load photos. Doug & Judy Vogt
Very knowledgeable, helpful and price wasnt bad . Kevin below was upset as he didn't pay and placed a lien on his home. This has been taken care of thru secretary of state of iowa. And now Micheal downing a person I've never had the pleasure to see. Must be the same person as Kevin Downing. So go ahead and traverse to their Gmail account and send them a message. Me myself would recommend looking at the courts small claims and large to see if there is litigation in process. As Bean Construction has none existing . Enjoy
Wrong guy to use,shoddy work,over charges
Rod has done a lot of work for us and it has all been done very well. I would recommend him for any needed work on your home.
I've spoken to Rod a couple of times now. He's been very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He always brings a smile to my face!
