Called multiple times during the week and never got through. Showed up for walk in apt. And was then told had to have an apt for the service we wanted. How are we supposed to get an apt with no one answering the phone? Had to drive an hour just to find out that we had to have an apt. Such horrible service! Especially when you all you see is staff members playing around on their cell phones. Won't be coming back. Maybe if staff would stay off cell phones and answer the clinic phone people wouldn't an hour of their time and th... read more
Was our vet for about 10 or 11 yrs.
Dr. Brester is a godsend. No greater man in this world. He has wonderful staff as well. Wish I didn't live 2000 miles away now, but took my pets here for 18 years and still order stuff from here. Miss you guys!!!
