Not a good one, we had a furnace put in about 3 years ago the had to come back 3 or 4 times in the first month, was given a lifetime maintenance package for the trouble, we called the first year and was told " we no longer do residential work" we asked what do we do? You will need to go through the manufacturer, I called today to order our filters and was told we can't help you. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!!!!!

I can see why they are no longer in the residential space. Had them come out 2 days ago to fulfill my service agreement and give my furnace a once over. I have a 2 week old baby and after the tech left my family took a nap. When we woke up it was cold inside my house. Went to the furnace and first found they never reinstalled the rubber grommet around the gas pipe that goes into the burner/pilot area then I found they never turned my gas back on.
