I have used Heidi for a lot of my support. She always responds promptly and gives me the best deals they have. They also stood by their guarantee policy as my Futura was defective by no fault of the company. They sent me another next day to keep my business running smoothly! Highly recommend this company for cosmetic teeth whitening.
Was not sure how this take home product compared to more expensive brands but was pleasantly surprised by the results. Worked as well as the more expensive brands and patients liked the reduced sensitivity compared to what I was using before. When I had questions, customer service was quick to respond and called back for follow ups.

Unacceptable. Negligent misinformation that you can use beam advanced kits easily with a zoom light, bureaucratic nonsense about no returns, and instruction in the kit saying you need to use a take home kit under the supervision of a dentist. Complained and got sales mumbo jumbo from the CEO as well as a crappy offer to send us new instructions...which means we break the safety seal on all the kits. We can neither profitable nor reputation wise sell this product. I recommend this to no one.
Worst company!! The device did not work, was told they were defective and to send them back for a refund - sent them back to them and then was told that they don't offer refunds on their product and now they have stopped responding to me. I have contacted the better business bureau and the company has not responded to them either! STAY AWAY from this company!
