I was hearing a weird bumping over my right rear tire every time I would accelerate. I also needed an oil change. I dropped it off on a Sunday night, Beamer mechanics quickly assessed the situation and found that the rear differential was failing on my 2003 Crown Vic. They gave me options on repair, rotated my tires and gave me a $40.00 discount coupon. My son and I have been coming to Beamer for years We have always had great service and we did this time. Great service. Great people.
Took family Honda Accord in for routine service (oil/lube). Team identified cabin & air filter required replacement. I like the changes in staff Beamer has made. I regularly used Beamer previously, but didn't like changes I observed and went to a different shop. I saw Beamer had made manegement/staff changes. Decided to give a shot and was satisfied with the personal and my service.
So nice to find a locally owned and operated place still in business. Great experience here and we’ll be back !
