Terrific customer service by Jeff – Jeff, the owner, is terrific. When we initially rented the unit for our son, a UC Davis student, Jeff was helpful and conscientious. When it came time to move the contents from the storage unit, Jeff helped our son deal with a sleazy moving company and was a great problem solver. We are very happy with the service from Beamer Street Storage. We don't normally write reviews, but Jeff earned our respect.
Excellent service and beyond – Jeff, the owner, is a great, friendly and extremely helpful person. He found a truck for us that U-Haul couldn't locate. He is great at finding moving help as well. The facilities are clean, safe and very reasonably priced. Jeff as a resource alone for when you need to move is well worth the money you spend on the storage unit itself. He should run corporate America's customer service departments. This is one great facility and company.
