Don’t buy anything used from them. They sell you a vehicle with a bad trans and then just put a torque converter in it rather than replace a faulty trans. I took the vehicle to another Beaman dealership (Antioch location) where a serviceman sent me a video clearly stating it needed a new transmission. After diagnosed, the Murfreesboro location picked it up and brought it back to their dealership and replaced the torque converter rather than replacing the transmission. I can’t say enough about this place and about Dakota! They were welcoming as soon as I came in. Dakota was not like your typical salesman. He was upfront, honest and patient with me. Had to come here after getting in a car wreck since this was the only place I could go. (Not my fault, someone hit me from behind but their insurance had this place as their primary go-to). And I get my car back and notice this paint chip that was not there before. I bring it back and ask them if they’ll fix it and they tell me “no, it probably happened when the guys in the body shop were washing it and it just came off. On 5-18-2022 I pulled into the south church st location to look at a couple of pickup trucks. None of the stickers had a price on them. All other pertinent information was printed. I tried to scan the bar code but it didn't work. I then went to the beaman website and entered the VIN number. The vehicle never appeared. I went home and went to the beaman website and searched for the vehicle. It wanted me to enter personal info to proceed.
