I'm a longtime resident of StuyTown, 30+ years! Overall, I've been very satisfied with my situation here - the apartments are great, the grounds are truly beautiful and the staff (all types) are very dedicated. This is a great place to live, work, and grow! As a resident and employee (who's been here prior to Beam), I can say that Beam has made an amazing difference to the property. They truly care about the infrastructure of the property and for the wellbeing of the residents. They've created an amazing community here and I wouldn't want to live or work anywhere else in NYC.
The best place to live! Would highly recommend. Great management and very easy process.
