The best thing I can say is they put screens on my windows. The worst thing I can say is they claim to be a luxury bldg. It’s so far from luxury. $17.50 an hour security guards does not constitute doormen or a concierge desk. There’s absolutely no security. People piggy back when you enter the building. It’s a recipe for what just happened in Stuy Town. I live in Kips Bay Court and it’s a usual occurrence. Only a matter of time before it happens here.
