I cannot recommend Beam Laser Spa enough! I have been a client at Beam for three years now and am so happy to have found them. It is so easy to schedule appointments via text or phone. My laser services have been extremely effective, and I plan to do more areas. Andréa, the founder, is very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Beam Laser! Andrea (the owner) was super thorough in her pre-treatment consultation and the entire spa was also very clean, which I appreciated! Also very conveniently located off the Q train!
I highly recommend Beam Laser Spa! Andrea, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about her clients’ experience. Kristen, who performs the laser treatments, is incredibly proficient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and at ease. Laser treatments aren’t always the easiest, but Kristen has a wonderful way of making each session as comfortable as possible. Her professionalism and caring attitude make all the difference.
Kristen and Andrea have been absolutely wonderful over the past few years. I was initially nervous to start my laser journey, but everyone is so encouraging and understanding. Needless to say, the results are spectacular and I’m so glad to not have to shave! Thank you Andrea and Kristen, I wouldn’t trust anyone else ❤️
