I cannot recommend Beam Laser Spa enough! The staff is super friendly and professional. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have in order to give you the best experience possible. Andrea is super kind and welcoming and extremely knowledgable about the treatments. Ildi is also lovely and truly cares about her clients’ experience. She is incredibly detailed as well. The level of service overall is truly unmatched!

As a black woman, I am often concerned about how certain skin treatments will affect me, but I have experienced nothing but beautiful hair-free skin! Will always return!

Unlike other laser hair places I called first, Beam Laser was never pushy or forced me into a package. I see Kristen and she makes the experience so fun and easy because we just chit chat the whole time. She's also really cognizant of people's comfort level. Beam Laser Spa is a true 5 Star experience. I have been coming here for well over 10 years and it has been consistently excellent. Andrea, the owner, is so accommodating and is a lovely person. Ildi's skills are exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous, warm and friendly . She makes you feel comfortable. Furthermore, the space is immaculately clean!
