the dentists here are great and this complaint isn't about them, it's about the front desk team. i have been coming here for the past two years now, and i've had 2 bad encounters with the front desk. i came in yesterday for an appointment i booked 2 weeks ago approximately. when i arrived, the woman at the front desk claimed to have "called & texted me multiple times" which is not true. i do not have any missed calls or texts from the office. i did however, get an email to confirm on sunday which i did in fact confirm. she c... read more

Hands down the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone here is so kind and warm and wants to make sure you’re comfortable at all points, which is really appreciated and not entirely common across dentistry practices.
