Beam city is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel really comfortable and welcomed. The office is super clean, modern, and high-tech. Dr. Lee was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about their patients and the quality of their work. I couldn’t recommend Beam City Dental enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly pediatric or orthodontic dental office in the area!
I have night grinding issues and cracked a tooth. I needed an extraction or root canal. They told me just floss more when my gums were super inflamed. Also the night guard was completely the wrong one made and actually worsened the tooth. I had to get two separate opinions and Dr. Chen seems very dismissive and he does not really take much time with you. The x ray he looked at was super blurry and just gave the flossing feedback right out of the bat. I think it was pretty unprofessional. I'm still waiting for the night guard... read more
