They have betrayed Portland by promoting Saudi-owned, anti-competitive, artist-hating "Live Nation". Live Nation famously kills the local music scene. Traffic will be a hot mess if the disaster comes to pass.
Kind and reliable
I've rented from a number of firms in Portland. Sometimes Beam policies were a pain in the neck but overall they were good people. They didn't monkey around with bogus charges and silly triple net leases. You don't know what you're missing until it's gone. Would work with them again.
