Wonderful family owned business, the family was working right there! Extremely knowledgable about everything we discussed, even offered to special order stones for me! Turns out there was no need for an order, the quality of their inventory was beyond expectations. You get what you pay for when it comes to quality. I bought a diamond ring that needed sizing. Family owned business for 94 years! Hard working, Nice family, they do it all and do it right...repairs in house, jewelry design, appraisals, Jewelry & Estate jewelry, watches, batteries and if they dont have what your looking for, they can get anything in. Impressed to see the owners there to wait on you

I was disappointed in the unbusiness-like way the repair of my ring was conducted. I was not offered an initial written estimate, I received no receipt, and the period of time for the repair was greatly underestimated. The final cost was twice that of the original estimate. No attempt was made to inform me during the repair period that, because of problems with the restoration, the bill would end up being much larger than anticipated. The repair itself was very satisfactory.
