I too was treated bad, the girl wouldn't let me tell her what I wanted, she said if you don't like it the way I do it then don't come back. I asked for a 4th of July nail art and she painted a flower. Was rude to me the whole time and did a rush job so looked bad. Wouldn't talk to me as if I didn't matter and was just $ money. I'm there for a spa day and enjoy myself not a rush job for what I'm paying for. Sure don't get what I pay for..not even a hand massage or nail oil or goodbye...next!
