It really hurts my heart that people are not honest and authentic these days. This company is willing to lie for an apartment complex that is completely in the wrong. I am just baffled at the lack of integrity. I would never do business or recommend anyone to do business with this company. I own a pool service, and hayward recommend them as a service provider for a heater that was installed at a hotel. I made an appointment for them to come out and see what was going on and made the appointment. The day of the appointment, they did not show up. When I called to see what was going on, they said that they were not going to come out because the owner had the last name Patel. And that they have had problems with other people named Patel.
