I’ve been coming to this car wash almost every day for the last three months after I moved to Wooster from out of state. This seemed like the best car wash in town with the best price for a monthly car wash package. I had no issues the first 2 months until I was confronted by an employee of the car wash. The employee used very degrading language and also offered sexual favors from another employee. We have used them for years and through the various changes and updates. Today was our last time visiting there. We had purchased a wash which includes a free wash later. However, their machine didn't print the entire receipt. The only thing missing was the barcode for the wash. We didn't know any different when we got our receipt, or we would have said something. just saw the job they did detailing a truck and can't believe a professional company did it. I could have done that job!
Great team of employees. 👍👍👍 I have been going here for 38 yrs. will continue going for many more. Have not had 1 issue. I must also say, they do great interior cleaning 👍👍👍
