Great job. House looks like it's new. Talked about everything that they were going to do before they did it. If there was any extra cost which there was on the roof due to to old boards damage . Only issues we had were when we talked about financing we were told that we put a down payment down and then our first payment wouldn't be due until 2027. Andy and Jordan came out personally to take a look at what was going on with my roof, and I’m really glad they did. They found that the ventilation was completely off, which had caused mold under the plywood decking—something I never would have known otherwise. After a long search for a trusted roofing business to take care of replacing our 25+ year old roof, we landed on Bealing Roofing & Exteriors and we couldn’t be happier with the end result we received! The crew worked tirelessly for two days dusk to dawn, and not only made our house much safer but much more appealing to the eye!
