I contacted Mr. Beale, described the job needed, and he immediately gave me a quote over the phone. We agreed on the day and time, he came when he said he would, and got to work on cleaning the carpet. He was thorough and took care with my house so as not to make a mess. When I saw how things were going, I asked if he could add a set of stairs. He did and accomplished that with the same professionalism. I would recommend him to others and certainly will hire him again.
Mr. Beale is a genuine hard working person who cares to do the best job possible. I have four small area rugs and 12 non removable treads that he treated, cleaned and dried. Even though it was a small job for most, his sincere voice made me choose him and I’m glad I did.
