Love the people here they talk to the kids not just the parents and explain to u if u dont understand.
Today was my first appointment in the office, Carmen and Samantha were absolute angels. I was very nervous because I haven’t been back to a therapist or psychiatrist since I was a toddler, but they made everything very easy and comforting. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a truly wonderful experience here. I came in anxious, but was immediately made calm by my conversation with Carmen at the front desk. Afterwards, I had my appointment with Samantha who was personable and made the experience comfortable and easy. I don’t generally like doctors visits, but I look forward to my future visits here. Truly. “Andy’s coming!”
I’m took my son keep in mind he is autistic and doesn’t do well with new places and people but he loved it Carmen and Samantha was amazing patient and so sweet they treated my son so good he loved it there my momma heart was very pleased with the care and compassion they showed my son thank you so much this is the Columbus office by the way..
Staff is very welcoming. Very sincere and really care. The rooms where you have the visit are toasty warm, and inviting. I feel feel safe, and heard when I am being seen. Shaquita always has snacks🙂 and Ms Allie is a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile on her face. The girl at the front desk is aways polite and engaging. Love going here. Today was my last visit at this practice. I hope I am lucky at my next destination to find this kind of care
