STAY FAR AWAY!!! I wish I would've seen these reviews before I rented from them. The homes are not maintained, and they will not fix anything. They'll get contractors to come give "estimates," but no one will ever come back to do the work. It'll be a new contractor/company that'll come out each time. I had over 5 contractors/companies come out over a 7-month timeframe and not one was contracted. The contractors would tell me how Beal Properties would not pay them to do the job correctly and only wanted them to patch it up. W... read more
