Superior customer service by Melissa
Not a positive experience overall. Once reported a hole in the fence and people moving through it and the person on the phone wanted me to confront them and call the police. Why am I paying for storage that they do not keep secure? Really has gone down hill since it was sold. My belongings had cockroach’s when I removed them. There was nothing In The unit to attract pests. Looks to be a good spot for the unhoused though.
