Just an all around positive experience. Very easy and self explanatory throughout the whole process. I today, early in the morning needed to get into my storage unit. Once again, otter, self storage above and beyond, especially this customer service agent that I have spoken with name Pedro. He not only made sure that I had gotten my gate code in a sufficient amount of time so I didn’t even have to wait around or anything. Joshua was so helpful in getting my auction paid for and made sure he explained everything in detail. I called close to closing hour and he even stayed later to ensure I had no problems getting into the unit and all the codes worked properly. He was great, I really appreciate his help tonight. Very professional, polite, and helpful. Will definitely look into renting a unit from this facility because of him. Thanks again Joshua, keep up the great work. Joshua called me back after I chose the call back option. He was fanatic in helping me resolve a billing and account issue. He was very kind and willing to listen and answered everything I had asked and even helped me save some money!! I would highly recommend this company and this customer service representative any day!!
