We love staying at this property! The rooms are nice and clean, plenty of parking, beaches are beautiful! One bad egg ruined a perfect rating. He checked us in and out. Very rude, no manners, seemed aggravated because we interrupted his personal time on his phone.

I am going to give you the pros and cons and this is directed to the people in the Ivory Towers. As for cleanliness and employees, they get a 5 star all the way. We were there for 7 days a week ago. And for 54 years, have traveled throughout the US and Caribbean many times. You have 100 rooms at your hotel and you have 1 cook and 2 servers who busted their ??? I recently stayed at The Beal House by Hilton, and while there were some highlights, the overall experience was inconsistent. The food was great every time — truly kudos to the cooks. Most of the servers were also wonderful. Three of them were polite, welcoming, and very understanding of my gluten allergy. On our first morning, the waitress even offered a small dish of yogurt in place of the potatoes, which made me feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, not all the service matched that level.
