Ashley made our dinner experience Thursday night exceptional. Thank you for making us feel special and suggesting the blackened grouper. The cook’s excellent!
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. During our stay, we found what appeared to be mold or dark spotting on a wooden hanger, as well as additional dark staining/spotting in several areas around the room and closet. We reported the issue to the front desk and showed them the photos. We were told that the only option available was for someone to come clean it, and that they could not offer a room change or refund. Ashley at the restaurant was amazing.
Wonderful place to stay, very clean, direct access to beach, very helpful staff.
I booked a room through Expedia to stay here with my husband. I contacted them to confirm the reservation and all was well. The night before we were supposed to stay I contacted the hotel to confirm and make sure we were good to go. They informed me they had cancelled my reservation. Did not give me a reason why. And my money was never returned. I will NEVER book at another Hilton.
