So I had an absolute wonderful experience renting with Beaksco. The apartment I rented had a lot of charm and I loved being near the downtown Glen Ellyn. The whole Beaksco team was stellar. The application process was a breeze. The agent , Pat, who checked me in was very nice and informative. Cindy, the office manager, was friendly and super supportive. I’m only giving this company 3 stars because they were very accommodating to me and my partners disabilities. They are also quick to reply to emails and provide answers that are needed. They are also very communicative when it comes to shutting water off and stuff like that. The Belmont apartments were a fair “first apartment” for us. My only complaints are the neighbors who live there are older and they will give you grief on any noise made. It was just a SCAM and I don't know where my money went. I had a disappointing experience trying to lease with them. My leasing agent was good, however the application process got worst. They do have multiple prices in their website and the turbo tenant(where I actually applied). I applied through the process signing up, paying application fees, but they just rejected me letting my leasing agent text me that I got rejected. Lived here for 4 years & moved because they didn’t want to fix the pest control problem I had for 3 years of living there. After I moved they charged me for the month of rent after our lease was over & the garbage fee of the whole complex. They wouldn’t answer my calls and stop responding to my emails & sent the amount to collections. NEVER RENT WITH BECKSCO!
The management has been amazing at Lorraine Court Apartments. Anytime we have an issue, Ramon and his family are out fixing it in under 24 hours. The neighbors are friendly, it's safe and the walls are concrete slabs so we never hear anything. Thank you!
