B&E was the original installer of our HVAC sytem ~ 15 years ago. Our system has been OK over the years. It has needed some repairs and B&E had been attentive in providing the repairs. When our system broke down this past Labor Day, they charged us for a part to fix our A/C that was "under warranty". Just say NO! I have used them for years and slowly the quality has gone down hill. The owners don't care, bad service ( only interested in selling you a new system). I had them come out to look at why water was leaking through the ceiling from my HVAC system. The next thing I know I have to pay $400+ before they would leave. They didn't give me an estimate, they just did the work. The attic unit's drain was clogged and water was flowing over the drain pan. I could have done the work myself.
