New to making jewelry so I was excited to see what they carry. They have some decent stuff and the manager was nice.. BUT the other staff were condescending. When asking questions about what they carry, I was met with tone and I felt like the girl was annoyed by me. I literally did nothing except asked about a couple items. The one dark haired girl was very stuck up and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Won’t be back
I walked into Beadworks hoping they could help fix a bracelet I bought online that was too large, and they were so helpful! They were able to recommend different beads, and clasps & then also restring my bracelet so it would be perfect. I am really happy with the service, care and attention to detail they took to help me. Thanks!
I have all the respect in the world for Lyndsey and the staff at Beadworks. Not only are they passionate and dedicated to their craft, but they are just great all-round human beings. My kids made "Mom" a custom birthday bracelet a few days ago. I'll obviously take all the credit for creation of this gift, but truthfully... 90% of the credit goes to Lyndsey and her staff.
