Lovely space, conducive to creativity. Nice selection of beads, but expected broader range of shapes somehow. Pleased with my purchases and will look up the classes.
My daughter and myself visited today. It was super quiet in there, so we got the employees full attention. She explained the process and we were off. There are so many beads to choose from and had trouble choosing. In the end we found the beads we wanted to make 3 adorable brackets. The building is an old house and it’s adorable. Just a note that it is not handicapped friendly due to the age of the house. There are stairs to walk up and no ramp for wheelchairs. If you’re in CLT or visiting soon, you absolutely MUST go visit Anne at her beautiful studio Beads. Inc. This past Saturday was my very first visit to her (gorgeous) “house” and definitely will not be my last visit. Aesthetically- stunning! Brightly lit, beautiful hardwoods, beads organized by colors & textures, and just so dang pretty! The owner, Anne, is definitely part of the pleasant aesthetics. Very large, nice selection of beads. The beads are in general more expensive here than a craft store. But, I like that you can purchase individual beads, as opposed to a whole strand. And, they do have some very unique beads you can't find at a craft store.
