Polite and knowledgeable staff. Went looking for italian charm bracelets and the owner brought a huge bin full of italian charms out for us. There is just so much nice stuff there. Pretty good prices, too.

Some nice items to select. On the pricier side but that's to be expected for anything craft related especially in wem. I was a bit irked by the tip prompt coming up for my purchase when the only interaction I had with the lady was when I went up to pay...
The owner was insanely rude as hell for no reason, me and my friends were just browsing and looking around, waiting for our friend and the owner began to accuse us of stealing, I don’t know if it’s because we were teenagers or what. the beads were super expensive too and they’re not even special… go to michaels instead and avoid the unwelcoming and unfriendly owner
