The owner was insanely rude for no reason, me and my friends were just browsing and looking around, waiting for our friend and the owner began to accuse us of stealing and proceeded to kick us out of the store, I don’t know if it’s because we were teenagers or for some other reason. the beads were super expensive too and they’re not even that special, go to michaels instead and avoid the unwelcoming and unfriendly owner

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Went looking for italian charm bracelets and the owner brought a huge bin full of italian charms out for us. There is just so much nice stuff there. Pretty good prices, too.

I've been going to this store for 25 years, and each time, i am always delighted and satisfied with my purchases. Some nice items to select. On the pricier side but that's to be expected for anything craft related especially in wem. I was a bit irked by the tip prompt coming up for my purchase when the only interaction I had with the lady was when I went up to pay...
