I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Checking was a nightmare. Physical paperwork and online check in which was essentially spam and marketing for big pharmaceutical. What a joke. Staff is clueless and more worried about gossiping w/ each other than taking care of patients.
Save yourself the time and trouble and just go to OrthoCincy. Was just told the Dr leaves at 11:00am

Did a walk in to get a last minute physical evaluation, and everyone was very helpful and supportive. From the front officer, to the xray tech, nurse and Doctor Pettit. 10 out of 10 for everyone.
Called today (Tuesday August 6th) at 2:30 pm to ensure they have availability for a walk-in. I was told if I was there by 5pm I would be seen. I arrived at 3:30 pm and was told the urgent care doctor had left for the day! The hours are 8am to 5pm. A doctor should be available.
