This place is very loud. No insulation in the walls. You can hear everything. The neighbors are also very loud, stomping, blasting music, yelling.
Rene made an appointment for me to view an apartment only for me to drive 38 miles the next day to find out it had been rented. Way to go showing complete contempt for your prospective tenants. There are three people working in their office and none of them could be bothered to message me that the apartment had been rented.
I lived in this community for 4 years. The location is very good, and the apartments are acceptable, but in my experience the biggest downside was the ongoing maintenance and management experience. The buildings are older, and I experienced many maintenance issues during my time here. The examples below are only a few of the issues I dealt with, there were several others over the years. Do not live here. Cockroaches present throughout the year long lease. Management will say it’s typical through the complex apartments. They eventually got into my microwave and management did not replace it. This was in apartment 27A
