If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Molly in the leasing office has been hands-down the most frustrating experience I’ve had with any property management team. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and shows no interest in actually helping residents. The worst part? She hung up on me in the middle of a conversation when I was calmly trying to ask about a billing issue. No explanation, no callback — just hung up. The worst place I ever lived. Maintenance was a joke, and the Property Manager was impossible.
Wonderful community. I was a tenant for a year from June ‘23 to June ‘24 for 1 bhk. Nicely maintained and the management team is very proactive for resolving issues. It was a very comfortable stay.
