RecommendedWe brought our sick fur baby in and found out she had a Cardiomyopathy. This is a bad diagnosis and not a lot can be done for it. My sweet doggie only lived a couple weeks after diagnosis. We were not prepared for this, the staff at Beacon were amazing from the front desk to all those who gave her care. When we came in to have her pain and suffering stopped they had the room set up with a soft mat for her to lay on and pads for us to sit on the floor with her. Kleenex, water for us treats for her. this is such a nice place the vet answered and explained every question I had about my dog....And the puppy packet is awesome.
They were so kind with my Milton this morning.... despite the fact he objected to his cat carrier and growled a little at the Dr. The vet tech was especially nice and thorough. All the staff I encountered were thoughtful and kind!! Great experience.
They treat your pet as if it were their own. Very kind and sweet. One of the nurses even sang to my Boston Terrier while she was getting shots.
My dog Simon was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was Dr. Guenther who determined upon examining Simon that he needed the care of a more advanced facility than could be provided locally. His staff also made an appointment and transferred information to Upstate Veterinary Hospital in Greenville, SC as I was traveling to the facility. The Staff and Vet were extremely nice and helpful.. I would highly recommend them .
I called for a followup appointment from REACH for my injured dog. They worked us right in and were incredible. I have a high strung dog and they were very patient and loving with her. Didn't even have to sedate her for a dressing change. Wow, just Wow!
so kind and caring, the nicest vet i have EVER been to, they always do an amazing job and genuinely care for you & you pets. very welcoming :)
